If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, we will send you a new item or credit your account. To report a product issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, credits resulting from the monthly charge are only available up to 30 days past the date of the charge. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Lev’Ani. Once a product has been shipped and received, a refund cannot be issued.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Lev'Ani on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Lev'Ani. Refunds will not be granted for shipments already in transit. To receive a refund after a subscription renewal, you must email us at email@example.com within three (3) business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
